From starting his first real estate company at the age of 28, to investing in his first commercial property at the age of 32, to establishing one of the most well recognized commercial real estate brokerage companies in the Metro Detroit area, Harry has been quite the ride. His brokerage has now been blessed with the opportunity to join a nationally recognized commercial real estate firm SVN Incorporated. Harry and his expanding team represent commercial real estate transactions throughout the 50 states. Through all this success Harry now aims to provide alternative real estate opportunities for his clients with Sylvan Lake Capital.

A graduate from the University of Michigan, Max started his career in financial services and obtained his series 6 & 63 licenses. He joined an Independent Advisor group developing new business and holistic financial plans for clients. Max transitioned to the lending industry with Quicken Loans and later Hall Financial. As a originator he worked with borrowers, the capital markets team and managed the firm's closing/loan funding operations. Most recently Max worked as a project manager at a national real estate developer. He gained expertise in commercial development, along with exposure to acquisitions, financing and asset management.
